Is the U.S. becoming a multiracial beacon?
Much as there was a delay in releasing America’s Census Bureau data, the results are finally out. And guess what? There is a multiracial boom. The number of millions of Americans identifying as having more than 2 races has increased. There is a reported decline (8.6%) in the number of people who identified as “White Only”.
In 2010, the number of people identifying as multiracial was under 3%. A decade later, it’s now more than 10%. One thing that was evident was the number of U.S. Hispanics identifying as multiracial has risen significantly over the decade.

This hike reflects the complex ethnic and racial diversity of the American people. At the same time, this multiracial boom could be a result of the U.S. Census Bureau changes in how they asked the questions of race and diversity which probably made capturing the data on diversity better – the design of having two separate questions for race and ethnicity. For instance, Latinos had the chance to embrace their Black and indigenous backgrounds. This hence reflects the changing racial composition of the country better.
Seeing as the number of people identifying as multiracial has risen, there is clearly less stigma linked to being multiracial. The younger generation is also more open to identifying as multiracial.
America is diversifying that’s for sure. And yes, it is becoming a multiracial beacon.

Humanity is strange. So many with Crazy Weird Longings that they keep to themselves, some maybe ashamed of them but can't deny them. Some, while even engaged to others, won't be denied !!!

Just some thoughts: I'm no expert. 1. I wouldn't rely too much on 2020 census results as a trusted source.... as the Tr*mp administration ran it like a Girl Scout's Cookie drive.. 2. Also, I think less white people identify as "just white" because right now being "just Vanilla white" is largely out of fashion.. unless you're old or in Tr*mp country. 3. I see more mixing everyday-- but also I see more Black + Black couples getting married and having children too. I guess it depends on where you are and where you look. 4. It also really also depends on your region. I moved from Bay Area, California from super Black DMV and was surprising to see that for the most part here Black folks date everyone but each other. Seeing a couple where both of them are Black, not visibly mixed, and both dark skinned is like.... I've probably never seen it.

Interracial activity is very definitely on the rise, but he was so there would have to be an absolute mixing, at the workplace, at a place of entertainment, at the dinner table, and in the bedroom. I'm an older white man and was born and raised in the South with a culture that had to suffer the devil "Jim Crow." I don't care to discuss it too much and I agree with Morgan Freeman, get busy with the venture and shut up. Many years back I caught the eye of a beautiful black girl, and she caught mine, and as the Cherokee say that's looking into your soul. After that first encounter I saw her again and same thing happened. And at that time and in that culture we could not do anything about it. This may have been the reason some time ago my psyche developed an affinity for black women. I love to look at them, talk with them, and more than anything I would love to kiss one, but unfortunately I've never had the opportunity. This little writ is just an expression, and opinion of a great idea for our society at large. As we grow in social maturity we have to bring along with that the teaching of the classics i.e. the roots of the ancient languages, led in Greek grade one day one in our schools to give all these young children a key to get to know the Western languages.

No they just did a US census 13.5% is black 53% is white and the rest Latino Chinese Japanese however people classify theirself and a lot of people that are white are going to the other side and refusing to say they're white so that's also an issue now that the US government is dealing with and they said that on the census as well

Obviously people will say that to not look racist in polls. If you ask them if they are open to interracial relationships with different ethnicities, you'll get a different set of answers. At the end of the day, what really matters is their actions. If your actions don't align with what you claim, none of these votes matter. Its why polls like these are poor metrics to gauge racism. If you really want to know the truth, design a set up where people don't know they are being tested for their implicit biases, that'll be more closer to the actual reality.
